It starts off as a young women coming to the city, she arrives and
decides to take a modern look, hair cut clothes etc. She ends up
living in a building that a foreign lady owns, and supposedly cleans
the carpet with soy sauce. I also remember them having to dance in the
elevator to get it to go up or down. I remember the lady that owned
the building kidnaps young ladies that are orphans and she kidnaps the
main characters friend who is in love with this guy and he looks for
it and then around the end of the movie they sing "oh he's a jolly
good fellow". And that's as far as my memory goes. If anyone knows by
chance the name of this movies please let me know. Thank you
